act like they hate people, why oh why are they in the service industry!? Anyway, we got to the place to order.we asked for vegan cheese on the loaded fries, without the meat. Wait staff was burly once again, we got this at our first visit so knew to expect it. We waited in an extremely long line.stood there for close to 30 minutes just to order. We arrived on Mother's Day for a late lunch. It’s a common thread of complaints, yet they don’t care. We will never be back, I’m so tired of waiting in that line for rudeness and a ridiculous system. She said, “well if the line is long, you can ask the cashier to get someone to help you.” Ummm, are you serious, lady? I all but set myself on fire and you looked at me several times ignoring me each time!!! They need a to hire friendlier people to represent their business. I mentioned that there needs to be a better system than this because I am now paying $44 for cold food for my family. I had no choice but to wait 20 minutes in that line to pay for my carry out. I stepped close to the cashier and she saw me but continued to ignore me. nobody is, hoping the cashier or someone from the back would help. So I called my order in, knowing the fact they only have one cashier and there are always lines, long or short, either way people can’t seem to make up their mind before they get up there. Would like to consider trying them again, if they had what we thought we would get to begin with, and if they had gluten-free bread for my wife. Just sort of a strange dining experience. We were going to order a Panini to begin with But we’re told only a few sub rolls were available. Which again was very strange since they said they were out of bread except for a few sub rolls I in back. And as were eating, I noticed the family who came after us eating a grilled sandwich or a Panini. The place was only moderately busy at this time, but it took close to a half an hour for everything to come. Another daughter loved the Ramen noodle dish that was on the special menu for the month. The hand cut fries, we absolutely loved, not gluten-free, but delicious for a few members of the table.

My daughter and I split a pulled pork sandwich 12 inch, again a huge sandwich, we thought it was good. It wasn’t bad, and the sandwich was huge, but she would’ve preferred gluten-free bread, as most sandwich places now carry.
#EPIC DELI NEAR ME FREE#
Anyways my wife ordered a gluten Free alternative that was basically a fried cheese wrap. does a deli run out of bread? Anyways we got the family together looked at the menu and we’re about to leave when a very nice staff member came over and said he had located some bread subs in the back. When we got there, at about 2 PM, we were told they did not carry gluten-free bread, and also they did not have any bread at all. So we got to epic deli after calling and being told that they had several gluten-free options.
